    Swimming & Diving Continues To Take Top Times At Championships

    Through the third day of competition, the men's and women's teams sit at third place

    AS A JUNIOR (2012-13): Came away with first in the 100 back (53.53) and second in the 200 back (1:57.34) at Wright State (10/13) ... finished third in the 50 free (21.80) against Eastern Illinois (10/27) ... at Milwaukee (11/03), took third in the 100 back (52.86) and fourth in the 200 back (1:57.38) ... was the runner up versus IIT (11/10) in the 100 free (47.68) ... swam in the prelims and finals of the 50 free and 100 back, while taking fifth in the 50 back (24.56) and seventh in the 200 back (1:57.04) at the TYR Invitational (11/16-18) ... won the 100 back (52.73) and 200 back (1:56.63) at Western Illinois (12/15) ... captured third in the 100 back (49.92), sixth in the 200 back with a UIC-record 1:50.75 and competed in the 50 free (21.06, 21.16) at the Horizon League Championships (02/27-03/02), and was a member of the first-place 400 free relay team to set a Flames Natatorium record

    AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12):     Finished fifth in the 50 free with 21.89 against Western Illinois and Saint Louis (12/17) ... took fifth in the 50 free with 22.64 at Green Bay (01/14) and won the 200 back with 1:55.74 ... captured first in the 100 back with 52.59 against Valparaiso (01/20) ... was the runner up in the 200 back with 1:54.48 at Cleveland State (02/04) ... set team bests on the season in the 100 back (50.73) and 200 back (1:51.09) at the Horizon League Championships (02/22-25)

    PRIOR TO UIC: Came in eighth representing Wisconsin at the Big Ten Quad Duals in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 1:53.66 and 11th in the 100 yard backstroke with 53.13 (1/30/10) ... placed sixth in the 100 yard backstroke on several occasions against Iowa, Minnesota and Northwestern ... finished 10th in the 100 butterfly against UNLV with a time of 56.36.
