MATCH 13:
Saturday, October 11 * 4:00 p.m. Eastern/3:00 p.m. Central
The Flames (8-0-4, 2-0-1 Horizon League) and the Bulldogs (7-2-2, 2-0-1 Horizon League) square off at the Butler Bowl at 3 p.m. Central. Fresh off an exciting draw against Ohio State, last year's national runner-up, in front of a UIC-record home crowd of nearly 2,500 fans, the Flames will meet a solid Bulldog side in a match between league co-leaders. UIC has registered shutouts in six of its last seven matches, led by stout backline play and the goalkeeping of preseason All-American Jovan Bubonja. Bubonja has allowed just two goals in the Flames' last 10 matches, while as a team the Flames have allowed just three scores in that same span.
