Chicago, Ill.- UIC sophomore Charlie Trout (Nottingham, England/Rushcliffe) was named to the Soccer America Men's Team of the Week on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

It was the second national honor this week for Trout, who was also named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week on Monday.

Trout scored a pair of goals and dished out a pair of assists for six points in three matches last week.

After tallying a goal and an assist in UIC's 4-3 win over then-No. 5 Santa Clara on Sept. 1, Trout knocked in the game-winning goal with six minutes left in regulation in the Flames' 1-0 victory over UAB on Friday.

He capped his week with an assist on the Flames' first goal of a 4-1 decision over Alabama A&M on Sunday.

UIC takes on Michigan this Friday at 4 p.m. Central.
