    QUICK RECAP
    UIC defeated Green Bay 2-1 at Flames Field for its 15th regular-season win, a program best. Jorge Alvarez scored the go-ahead goal in the 84th minute as the Flames captured their ninth-straight win to end the regular season with an unblemished 7-0-0 Horizon League record.

    - Following their win over Green Bay, the Flames received a No. 23 national ranking.
    - Alvarez scored his fourth and final game-winning goal of the season in the match against Green Bay.
    - Alvarez ended the season with 34 shot attempts, with 11 reaching on goal, which was good for second best on the team.
    - Alvarez also recorded the second-most assists on the team with six.
    - Freshman Joel Leon scored the other goal for the Flames, the first of his career.
    - Leon finished the season with 10 total shots, with three reaching on goal.
    - Leon registered at least one shot attempt in six consecutive games during the 2013 season.
