Final Stats

Madison, Wisconsin - The University of Illinois at Chicago soccer team handed Wisconsin its first home loss of the season and extended its winning streak to six, with a 3-1 victory at the McClimon Soccer Complex on Wednesday.

Bruno Rasich led the way for the Flames (6-3) with a goal and an assist

UIC took a 1-0 lead at the 5:12 mark of the first half as Rasich scored his first goal of the season off a direct free kick that found the upper left corner of the net.

The Badgers (6-2-1) quickly tied things up a minute later as Dominic DaPra scored on an open net to knot the score up at 1-apiece.

Jake Stasko scored the game-winning goal at the 65:00 mark as he took a short pass from Patrick Grange for a crossing shot into the far corner of the Badger net to put the Flames ahead for good at 2-1.

Freshman Ross Felten added an insurance goal with 1:10 remaining in the game as he scored off a Rasich rebound to extend UIC's lead to 3-1.
