Senior midfielder collects second-straight All-Region honor

2012: Collected First-Team All-Horizon League honors, and was named NSCAA Great Lakes All-Region ... Played in and started all 17 matches ... Ranked second in the League in points with 21, bolstered by eight goals and five assists, the top mark in the Horizon League ... Scored four goals in Horizon League play, including one goal in three-of the final four matches of the regular season ... Scored one goal and assisted on another tally against Drake (10/13/12) and Green Bay (10/20/12) ... Other goals came against Ohio State (8/26/12), Georgetown (9/7/12), IUPUI (9/14/12), Wright State (9/22/12), Milwaukee (10/6/12) and Detroit (11/2/12) ... Collected assists against DePaul (8/24/12), FIU (9/9/12) and Valparaiso (9/29/12) ... Named the Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week on Aug. 27 after UIC's road split against DePaul and OSU ... For his career, racked up 62 total points, which ranks seventh all-time in school history; his 25 goals are the fourth-most in program history ... 2011: Named the Horizon League's Offensive Player of the Year, and was a first-team All-League honoree ... Finished the season as the Horizon League's leader in points (26), points per game (1.37), goals (10) and goals per game (0.53), while ranking second in assists (6) and shots (55) ... Scored three game-winning goals ... Five of his goals took place during Horizon League play, good for second in the League ... Compiled 11 points during conference games ... Named the "Top Drawer Soccer" and SoccerSavings.com/Soccer News National Player of the Week, and the Horizon League Player of the Week (9/19/11) after scoring four goals and tallying two assists in the UIC Soccer Classic at Flames Field ... 2010: Appeared in 15 matches, with nine starts ... Recorded his first point and assist of the season, when he helped the Flames score their only goal against then No. 12 Butler (10/9/11) ... Took a season-high four shots against host UMKC (10/19/11) ... Averaged one shot per game, and ended the season with a total of 15 shots; and nine of them on target, which was fourth-best on the team for both categories.
