Prior to UIC: Played the 2007 season at Marquette University....appeared in seven contests as a true freshman, starting between the posts on six occasions...posted a 1.50 goals-against average in just over 661 minutes...made 31 saves. Prep/Personal: Played goalkeeper for St. Charles North H.S....All-Upstate Eight First Team and Chicago Tribune All-Section selection as a senior...played on the club level for the Rockford/Campton Raptors under coach Louis Mateus...won an indoor national title with the Raptors...born September 14, 1989...son of Norman and Valerie Purdy. |
