2004: Hard-nosed defender and vocal leader...undoubtedly the heart and soul of the co-captain...played in 16 games, starting every time...sent two shots on the year, including a laser attempt that nearly tied the Flames' Horizon League Tournament quarterfinal match at Wright State on Nov. 6...led a defense that held opponents to a goal or less eight times, including four of their last six matches.

2003: Started 15 games for the Flames...took three shots from his defenseman spot...part of a defense that posted three shutouts throughout the season..

2002: Played in 18 of 20 games as a sophomore, starting on each occasion while earning All-Horizon League Second Team honors as a defenseman...tallied two assists on the year for the first two points of his career...tabbed his assists in wins over Denver (9/6) and Wright State (10/20)...part of a stingy defense that posted six shutouts during the season and allowed a goal or less on eight occasions...took just one shot on the year.

2001: Saw action in 17 games as a freshman defensemen, getting the starting nod in 16 outings...did not tally a goal or an assist while taking one shot on the year...part of stingy Flames' defense that held its opponents to 1.8 gpg.

Prep/Personal Highlights: Lettered one year as a senior at McKinney High School in McKinney, Texas after playing his first three years of high school soccer at Highland High School in Gilbert, Ariz....last fall, started on defense in all 19 games he played in while tallying two goals and five assists for nine points...went on to earn all-district accolades following the a junior, he earned the starting nod in all 22 games and finished up with three goals and three assists for nine points...was voted to the all-region and all-conference teams...played on four Arizona State championship club teams and was also a member of the Solar '83 North Texas club team that won the 2000 Disney Soccer Showcase as well as the North Texas State 1997, he participated in the International Soccer USA's European tour, which reached the semifinals of the Gothia Cup in Sweden and the quarterfinals of the Dana Cup in Denmark...a member of the honor roll all four years of high school...born September 30, 1982...son of Richard and Karen Jones...plans to major in criminal justice.
