Philadelphia, Pa.- Senior Tim Morrison and freshman Nikolai Korepanov picked up event titles for the UIC men's gymnastics team during the ECAC Championship Individual Event Finals at Temple's McGonigle Hall on Sunday.

Korepanov won the still rings crown after scoring a 9.4 in the event, while Morrison captured the high bar title with a 9.1.

The duo also claimed an ECAC postseason award. Morrison was named the conference's Senior Athlete of the Year, while Korepanov earned Rookie of the Year accolades.

The Flames finished the day with five medallists following a total of seven Top 6 finishes.

Morrison and Anthony May led UIC with two Top 6 rankings apiece.

Morrison placed fourth on vault, while May placed fifth on floor and third on rings after posting identical 8.7 scores on each event.

Bobby Solomon had a runner-up 9.0 on floor exercise.

Rookie Andrew Stover took third on high bar with an 8.9.
