Columbus, Ohio - The UIC men's gymnastics team put up its highest score in well over a year, but couldn't topple #3 Ohio State on Saturday in Columbus.

The Buckeyes came out on top, 210.65-207.6, as the #12 Flames were led by sophomore Neil Faustino.

Faustino finished second in the all-around with a tally of 52.65, a new career-high. Faustino also won the vault competition with an excellent score of 9.25, and was second on rings (9.4) and floor (9.0).
