    2004 Highlights: Established four career-best scores throughout 2004...exceptional vault and pommel horse performer...won vault title at JMU Open with career-best 9.150...vault win in Harrisonburg started four-meet streak in which he scored above a 9.0 on the apparatus...posted a 9.1 on pommels against Air Force and Cal...competed in three events at the NCAA team qualifying round, scoring a 7.5 on pommel horse, an 8.825 on vault and an 8.150 on parallel bars.

    2002 Highlights: Competed on four apparatus for UIC during his rookie season...turned in a season-best score of 8.4 on the parallel bars at Air Force on March 1...tied for 10th on the pommel horse with a score of 8.150 at Illinois on March 9...secured a tie for first on the pommel at Air Force on March 3.

    Prep/Personal: Competed for Glenbard North as a junior...placed first in the all-around competition (56.7) and tied the state record on the high bar (9.8)...went to Nationals five times and was a two-time member of the Region 5 National team...competed for Midwest Academy of Gymnastics for 12 years and coached there for two...placed 83rd overall at the 2001 Junior Olympic Championships in the All-Around competition...garnered Chicago Tribune School Sports Spring Player of the Year for boys gymnastics...selected as a Chicago Tribune Athlete of the Week...son of John and Joyce Gesiakowski...born February 14, 1983...majoring in kinesiology.
