Men's Basketball Heads To D.C., Faces Howard On Tuesday Night

Chicago, Ill.- The UIC men's basketball team visits the nation's capital this Tuesday, Nov. 25 to take on Howard at Burr Gymnasium.
The Flames (1-2) and the Bison (1-3) tip-off at 6 p.m. Central.
Adam Levinson and UIC great Kenny Williams will call the action live on WIND 560 AM.
UIC will seek its first road victory of the season during its first trip to Howard's home court.
Senior guard Josh Mayo entered 2008-09 as the Horizon League's top returning scorer after averaging 17.1 ppg last season, and he has risen to the top of this year's conference scoring charts after a pair of 20-plus point games this past week. He scored a season-high 27 against UNI on Nov. 19 before netting 23 against DePaul on Nov. 22 to up his average to 21.0 ppg.
