Chicago, Ill. - The UIC men's basketball team continues its five-game swing away from home on Tuesday night, venturing into Millett Hall to take on Miami (OH) at 6:30 p.m. CST. The game can be heard in its entirety on ESPN Radio 1000 AM starting at 7 p.m. CST.

This is the second game for both schools in the inaugural Chicago Invitational Challenge. The Flames (1-2) opened the event with an 81-72 loss at Bradley on Sunday. The RedHawks (1-2) were victorious in their event opener with a 52-33 win over Florida A&M.

This is the first-ever meeting between UIC and Miami (OH). This is the second meeting between the RedHawks and a Horizon League school this season, though, with Miami (OH) dropping a 57-56 decision to Wright State at home on Nov. 11.

The Flames are led this season by sophomore point guard Josh Mayo, who is averaging a team-high 16.7 points per game and shooting 58 percent from the field. UIC has also received strong play of late from juniors Kevin Bond and T.J. Gray, with both posting back-to-back double-figure scoring performances.

Miami (OH) is paced by All-MAC forward Nathan Peavy. The 6-foot-8 senior is averaging 15.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
