ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands- One day after pulling away from Mercer in the second round of the Paradise Jam, the UIC men's basketball team took part in a tournament tradition by sailing to a scenic, secluded area of the island on a Catamaran. All 14 members of the team then jumped in the ocean, and enjoyed a one-hour snorkeling session.

After the excursion, the team returned to the hotel for lunch, then departed for its final practice session of the Paradise Jam. UIC will take on Iona in its last game of the tournament tonight, beginning at 6:00 p.m. local time (4:00 p.m. CST). The winner of tonight's game will earn fourth-place in the Paradise Jam, while the loser will finish sixth in the eight-team field.

The game will be carried by ESPN Chicago (WMVP-AM 1000) on delay beginning at 7:30 p.m. A webcast is also available, by CLICKING HERE.
