Chicago, Ill.- UIC head men's basketball coach Jimmy Collins will make an appearance on WGN Radio 720 AM this Wednesday (Nov. 7) from 8-9 p.m. as part of Sports Central's Coaches Roundtable.

Collins will join host David Kaplan and various other Chicagoland college basketball coaches to preview the upcoming campaign.

UIC's all-time winningest head coach with 176 career victories, Collins makes his return to the bench this week after missing the final 19 games of last season due to an abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Collins' appearance on Sports Central's Coaches Roundtable will be his first live broadcast interview since early last season.

UIC opens the 2007-08 season this Saturday (Nov. 10) versus Bradley at the UIC Pavilion at 7:00 p.m.
