Men's Basketball To Meet UW-Milwaukee In Quarterfinals of 2002 Horizon League Tournament
Feb. 25, 2002 Chicago, Ill. - The pairings have been released for this weekend's 2002 Horizon League Men's Basketball Tournament in Cleveland, Ohio. Sixth-seeded UIC will play in the final quarterfinal game on Saturday, March 2, versus #3 UW-Milwaukee at 7:30 p.m. CST., at the CSU Convocation Center. The Flames and Panthers split their season series with each team claiming victory on its home floor. UIC won the most recent meeting, 73-71, on Feb. 7, when sophomore Martell Bailey banked in a 24-footer at the buzzer.
