Chicago, Ill. - The UIC men's basketball team looks for its third straight victory and to move up in the Horizon League standings on Monday night as the Flames play host to Butler at the UIC Pavilion at 7:00 p.m.

Fans can watch the game live via the internet by clicking on the Horizon League All-Access link on the front page of uicflames.com.

UIC (10-11, 3-6) is fresh off wins over Wright State and UW-Green Bay and finds itself just one game out of fourth place in the Horizon League.

The Bulldogs (11-8, 4-3) have also won their last two games and are currently in second place in the league.

Both teams are in the midst of stretches in which they will play four games in the next eight days. UIC will follow Monday night's game with a trip to Youngstown State on Thursday, before returning home on Saturday, Feb. 4th, to square off with Detroit at 3:00 p.m. in a game broadcast nationally on ESPN2.

The Flames lost the earlier meeting between these two teams back on Jan. 2nd at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Butler has not swept the season series from UIC since the 2002-03 season.

Serbia & Montenegro natives Jovan Stefanov and Danijel Zoric have helped spark the Flames' recent winning streak as the duo is combining to average 26.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in the last two games.

Senior Justin Bowen, who tallied 26 points and 10 rebounds versus UW-Green Bay on Saturday, continues to rank in the top 10 in the Horizon League in scoring (8th), rebounding (5th), field goal percentage (5th) and free throw percentage (5th).
