Lorain, Ohio- After another set of thunderstorms on Saturday and heavy rains forecasted for the evening, the UIC baseball team's scheduled series at Cleveland State this weekend has been cancelled.

With standing water already submerging The Pipe Yard and more precipitation to come, the two games slated for Sunday between the Flames and the Vikings were nixed.

This is the second consecutive year that inclement weather has wiped out a series between UIC and Cleveland State at The Pipe Yard.
