Baseball Hosts Purdue North Central Tonight

CHICAGO - The UIC baseball team is back at beautiful Les Miller Field tonight for a non-conference tilt against the Purdue North Central University Panthers at 7:05 p.m.
The Flames are looking for a second straight win after downing the Wright State Raiders in game two of a doubleheader last Saturday, 12-6. The snapped a four-game losing streak.
Tonight's game marks the fifth meeting all-time between UIC and the Panthers with PNC still in search of its first win. Last season, the Flames hammered PNC by a score of 16-3.
Following tonight's game, UIC will hit the road for 10 of their next 11 ballgames. The trip begins with a three-game set at Cleveland State before returning home on Tuesday, May 4th for a single game against Trinity International. Following that game, the Flames head to Atlanta on May 7-9 for three against nationally-ranked Georgia Tech.
On May 11th and 12th, UIC has single games at Northwestern and Western Michigan, before wrapping up the road schedule with a Horizon League doubleheader at Milwaukee on May 15th.
