Chicago, Ill. - Due to a weather forecast calling for continued rain all afternoon, the UIC baseball doubleheader with the Butler Bulldogs, scheduled for Sunday, April 23, has been cancelled. The two squads do not plan to make up the games.

The Flames (19-20, 7-3 MCC), who took a pair of contests from Butler on Satuday, 1-0 and 5-3, play next at Valpraiso on Tuesday, April 25, at 3:30 p.m. UIC, which moved into first place in the MCC following yesterday's sweep of the Bulldogs, will then resume conference play next weekend at Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The four-game series is slated to begin on Friday, April 28, at 4:00 p.m.
