    Fayetteville, Ark. - Arkansas completed its three-game sweep over the University of Illinois at Chicago baseball team with a 13-2 victory over the Flames at Baum Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

    Arkansas (8-0) remains undefeated with the victory, while UIC drops to 0-3 on the campaign. Arkansas hurler Charley Boyce improves to 2-0 this season, while Flames' southpaw Scott Anderson falls to 0-1.

    Arkansas was able to capitalize on UIC's mistakes on Sunday, as the Razorbacks scored five unearned runs off three Flames errors.

    Andrew Wishy and Scott Bridges led Arkansas offensively as the pair went a combined 5-for-8 with six runs scored and four RBI. Wishy went 2-for-3 with a pair of solo homers, while Bridges was 3-for-5 with three runs scored and two RBI.

    Senior pinch hitter Chuck Peters provided the lone offensive highlight for the Flames on Sunday, as he launched a two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning.

    UIC will be back in action this weekend, as they will travel to Missouri to square off with Saint Louis for a three-game series. The opening pitch for Friday's contest is slated for 2:00 p.m.
