    2008: Saw action in 36 games as a true freshman... made 12 starts, including eight in left field and three in right field...batted .546 (6-for-11) with eight runs scored, two RBI and four walks and a pair of home runs during a three-game span of starts from Apr. 26-30...made collegiate debut as a pinch hitter against Tulane on Feb. 22...made first collegiate start against Northwestern on Mar. 14, collecting his first collegiate hit and RBI in the process...homered twice and went 3-for-4 in the nightcap of a twinbill against Trinity International on Apr. 26.
