2007: Played in 21 games in his first season, starting 13...sidelined for over three weeks in the middle of the season with a facial fracture...hit .250 with a homer and six RBI...four of his six hits went for extra bases...went 2-for-4 against No. 19 Tennessee on March 3...drove in UIC's only run against top-ranked Vanderbilt on March 9 with a homer off of No. 1 overall draft pick and unanimous college player of the year David Price...went 3-for-5 with a triple, two runs scored and two RBI in the first of two games against Wright State on May 19. 2006: Sat out the season as a redshirt, retaining four years of eligibility.
