    2009: Appeared in seven games, making six starts...struck out season-high five hitters and allowed just two earned runs in six innings to beat Purdue North Central on May 4...received the Horizon League's Cecil N. Colman Medal of Honor following his junior season.

    2008: Appeared in 13 games, making four starts...unblemished 4-0 record...struck out 20 hitters in 39.2 innings...Horizon League Championship All-Tournament Team selection after scattering seven hits and allowing just three runs over eight innings in title-clinching victory over Milwaukee on May 25...pitched five innings of four-hit, one-run relief to get the win over Dallas Baptist in an elimination game at the NCAA College Station Regional on May 31...gave up just one earned run and struck out five in eight innings at Purdue on May 14.

    2007: Pitched in five games as a redshirt freshman, starting two...struck out nine hitters and walked just one in 7.1 innings of work...made UIC debut against No. 19 Tennessee on March 4...worked three innings in his first collegiate start against Trinity International on April 18.

    2006: Sat out the season as a redshirt, retaining four years of eligibility.

    Prep/Personal: Earned Second Team All-NIC 9 honors as a senior...finished senior campaign with a record of 6-3 along with two saves and a ERA of 2.94...fanned 95 batters in 62 innings as a senior...led Titans in innings pitched, lowest opposing batting average, strikeouts, strikeout to walk ratio, appearances and ERA...was a NIC-9 Scholar Athlete...was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top five percent of his class...helped the Titans to a regional championship and a berth in the sectional finals...pushed Boylan to a second-place finish in the NIC-9...born on June 17, 1988...son of Mark and Michelle Ifft...major is bioengineering.
