    1999: Led the Flames with 22 mound appearances, which matched the sixth-most in UIC history?finished the season with a 9.67 ERA and an 0-3 record?fanned 29 batters in 44.2 innings pitched and saved a team-high two outings?earned his first save of the year in UIC's 8-7 come-from-behind win at Chicago State as he tossed two innings and struck out three?second save of the season came against Cleveland State as he pitched two innings and helped preserve a 4-2 win.

    1998: Tossed 15.2 innings in his sophomore season and finished the year with a 6.32 ERA...compiled a 0-1 record with his lone decision a 6-4 loss versus Wright that outing versus the Raiders, he pitched 5.1 innings and allowed just two earned runs...went five complete innings versus West Virginia Wesleyan while in Florida and allowed just two scattered hits and one earned run.

    1997: As a rookie, pitched in 12 games while starting against Wright his first collegiate appearance, versus Long Island during the spring trip to Florida, threw four innings and gave up just two hits while fanning seven of his 12 appearances during the year he did not allow an earned run...finished with a 5.74 ERA in 15.7 innings of work.

    Prep/Personal: Pitched three seasons for the Hinsdale Central Red Devils...finished his career as the all-time wins leader with 19 , including a 7-3 mark in 1996...also holds the career record for shutouts with a senior, the Red Devils finished with a 25-13 mark to set a new record for wins in a single year...was a member of the National Honor Society, an Illinois State Scholar and was named to the West Suburban Conference All-Academic team...also lettered two years on the basketball team and football squad...listed in "Who's Who Among American High School Students"...born January 31, 1978...son of Bob and Susan Information and Decision Sciences major.
