    Elbrecht brings an abundance of talent from the catcher position to the Flames program. In 30 games played, he allowed only a mere three passed balls and ranked second on the team in doubles. With Elbrecht's guidance, the Huskies won the 2012 Yorktown Sectional by a final of 3-0 over Muncie Central.

    "I wouldn't be surprised if Elbrecht comes in and competes for a starting role right away," said head coach Mike Dee. "He comes from a hardworking family and spent his summers pouring concrete and I like that."
