10 Games (Nine in session plus Oregon State)

Details:
For each home game listed below, the top three organizations in attendance at the UIC Pavilion will receive a monetary award credited to their COF.

Payout per game:
1st - $500
2nd - $200
3rd - $100
In case of tie for First, $350 to top two teams, $100 to Third. If the tie is for Second, $500 to First, $150 to Second and Third. If tie is for Third, $50 to both teams.

Rules:
-Student organizations must enroll prior to the start of the season with the UIC Athletics Marketing Department. Contact Ryan Ptak at 312-413-1911 or ryanptak@uic.edu. DEADLINE FOR ORGANIZATION ENROLLMENT IS NOV. 2.
-To receive a gameday top-three award, a group must have a MINIMUM OF 25 students sign-in in at the Pavilion on gameday. All eligible students must arrive no later than halftime and stay through the conclusion of the game, confirming attendance in the Fire Pit postgame. (Free Pizza from Domino's in Fire Pit)
-An attending student does not need to be a registered member of a student organization, rather simply sign-in under that organization.
-A student can only sign-in under one organization per game.
-Winning organization will be acknowledged at following home game with ribbon board and PA acknowledgement. In addition, organizations will be notified of promotion results by 10:30 AM the day after the game via e-mail. Money will be transferred on the next business day.
-Any disputes will be handled and approved by the UIC Athletics Marketing Department. Call 312-413-1911 with questions.
