Chicago, Ill.- The 2008 UIC Athletics Golf Outing took place this past Tuesday, June 10, at Carriage Greens Country Club in Darien and provided plenty of fun on the links for supporters of the Flames.
A total of 120 golfers spent the day playing the Carriage Greens course in a tremendous benefit for the UIC Athletic Scholarship Fund.

The Art-Flo foursome of Jimmy Dastice, Larry Bordignon, Mike Vandini, and Joe Leone won the event. Vandini also won the Closest to the Pin contest, while Bill Smar and Phyllis McGlynn were the day's Longest Drive winners.
Golf and tennis extraordinaire Adam Levinson used his athletic prowess to come out on top in the Longest Putt competition.
