    Cubs Rooftop Event Rescheduled For July 30

    May 15 rainout moves Cubs-Astros game outing at 3642 N. Sheffield to new date.

    CHICAGO- Due to a rainout of the Chicago Cubs' May 15 home game against the Houston Astros, the UIC Athletics Cubs Rooftop event has been rescheduled and will now take place on Thursday, July 30.

    The rooftop event will take place at 3643 N. Sheffield. The game between the Cubs and Astros begins at 1:20 p.m.

    All those who purchased tickets for the original May 15 rooftop date will be guaranteed spots for the July 30 rooftop event.

    Tickets for the July 30 rooftop are available for $120 each by contacting Lisa Meindl, assistant director of development and special events, at 312-996-5784 or via e-mail at lisam@uic.edu.

    Tickets include seats to see the game, food, drinks, open bar and fun with fellow Flames. Don't miss out!
