    Team Big Red Annual Benefits And Point System

    New Cumulative Point System

    Points are utilized to determine championship or post-season tickets, seat upgrade requests, additional seat purchases, parking perks, road game travel, special events, and more.

    • One point for every $100
      Includes donations, gifts, season tickets, event tickets, etc. (since 1997)
    • One point for every consecutive year as a season ticket holder (since 2000)
    • 10 point, one-time allocation for being a UIC letterwinner

    In an effort to simplify the old benefits and point system, Team Big Red will implement the following chart, based on cumulative, annual giving (fiscal year July 1 through June 30). Benefits will be redeemed in the following sports season.

    Every donor to the Big Red Fund is essential in our mission to support the scholarship needs of UIC student-athletes.

    In general, contributions to Team Big Red are fully deductible, minus the value of the benefits that you receive. UIC and/or the University Foundation will mail you an Official Gift Contribution Receipt, which will include the fair market value of the benefits you received.
