    UIC to Unveil Curtis Granderson Stadium on Thursday

    The UIC softball team (10-19, 4-5 HL) welcomes Detroit (4-32, 0-6 HL) to Flames Field for a three-game series beginning on Friday with a doubleheader at 2 p.m. CT and a single game on Saturday at noon. The Flames will additionally honor their four seniors on Saturday for Senior Day.

    Men's Tennis Closes Out Regular Season at Home

    The UIC men's tennis team (4-9, 1-3 HL) closes out the regular season this weekend by hosting Cleveland State Friday and Youngstown State on Saturday. Both matches start at 1:30 p.m. (CT) at the Flames Outdoor Tennis Courts. Saturday's match will honor seniors Alexander Raa and Alan Reifer.

    Track & Field to Compete at DePaul Invitational

    On Friday, April 18, Tess Ehrhardt and Rebecca Zaiter will be traveling to Walnut, Calif., to compete in the star-studded Mt.Sac Relays. The meet is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. CT, Ehrhardt will be running in the 5,000-meter run and Zaiter in the 800-meter run.

    Women's Tennis Concludes Regular Season at Home

    The UIC women's tennis team (8-10, 5-1 HL) will close out its regular season this weekend when it hosts Cleveland State (9-11, 5-1 HL) at 10 a.m. CT on Friday and Youngstown State (9-11, 4-2 HL) at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Flames Outdoor Tennis Courts, weather permitting. Saturday will additionally serve as Senior Day, with the Flames honoring their four seniors before competition gets underway.

    UIC Basketball Adds D'Juan Miller From Eastern Arizona College

    UIC Head Men's Basketball Coach Howard Moore announced the addition of point guard D'Juan Miller from Eastern Arizona College (EAC) on Wednesday afternoon. Miller, a native of Kent, Wash., was a two-year starter for the Gila Monsters and has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
